  • Resumes and documents you upload to apply for jobs and internships.
  • Application and recruitment activity: jobs you view, save or apply to, and recruiter decisions.
  • Usage data such as pages visited and clicks, used to keep the platform reliable and improve matching.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-in.
  • To show relevant jobs and internships, and to generate match insights from your real profile data.
  • To share your application, profile and resume with recruiters only for roles you apply to.
  • To send notifications about applications, interviews, announcements and account activity.
  • To moderate listings, prevent abuse and keep the platform secure.

3. Who can see your data

  • Your profile and resume are visible to a recruiter only after you apply to one of their listings.
  • Recruiters can never see other recruiters' applicants or unrelated student profiles.
  • Administrators can access account information strictly to operate and moderate the platform.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Aggregated job listings

  • Some listings are imported from external job sources and are clearly labelled with their source.
  • When you apply on an original source website, that site's own privacy policy applies to the data you share there.

5. Data retention and security

  • Your data is stored securely and access is controlled by role-based permissions.
  • Resumes and files are stored in private storage and shared only as described above.
  • You may request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Your choices

  • You can edit or remove profile information at any time from your dashboard.
  • You can manage notification and job-alert preferences in your account settings.
