1. About the platform

  • Velnexaa NexHire connects students and fresh graduates with verified jobs and internships, and gives recruiters tools to manage postings and applicants.
  • By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • Student accounts require administrator approval before full access is granted.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Student responsibilities

  • Provide truthful profile, education, skill and resume information.
  • Only apply to roles you are genuinely interested in and eligible for.
  • Uploaded resumes and documents must be your own and free of malicious content.

4. Recruiter responsibilities

  • Post only genuine, lawful job and internship openings with accurate details.
  • Use candidate data solely for evaluating applicants to your own listings.
  • Do not discriminate, spam applicants, or misuse interview and messaging tools.

5. Listings and moderation

  • All listings may be reviewed, approved, edited or removed by administrators.
  • Aggregated listings are labelled with their original source; applying on a source site is subject to that site's terms.
  • We do not guarantee employment, interviews or hiring outcomes.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
  • Do not post fraudulent, misleading or harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or restricted areas.

7. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
  • You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.

8. Liability

  • The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Velnexaa NexHire is not liable for hiring decisions, listing accuracy by third parties, or indirect damages.

9. Changes

  • We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
